Ensure Your Appointment is Set for Success

Bring proper ID - must be a government issued, photo identification card which is NOT expired.
Sign in the presence of the notary. DO NOT sign anything in advance.
If your document requires witnesses, BRING them with you and be sure they also have proper ID. We can only provide witnesses when notified in advance and it may or may not be possible.
